Return Policy

Brand new gear purchased from Hockeystork vendor get a Standard Return Policy: We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return an item covered by our Standard Return Policy within 90 days from the original date of purchase. Items that are returned within 30 days of purchase, will not incur a restocking fee. Items that are being returned must be in new and unused condition. Additionally all original boxes, bags, packaging and literature must be in new condition and included with the returned product. Please make sure the items you wish to return meet these criteria prior to proceeding. If you purchase multiple sizes of the same product (i.e. skates in 6.5D, 7.0D & 7.5D) and choose to return some, but not all products, you will be responsible for a 10% restocking fee even if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. Other restrictions may apply.

To help maintain our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, most merchandise purchased from HockeyStork may be returned within 90 days for a partial refund (purchase price minus 10% restocking fee). Products returned within 30 days of purchase, will not incur a restocking fee. All product returns require a Return Authorization Number.

Items Not Eligible for Return: Although we have a very flexible return policy on most of the items we sell, there are some exceptions. The following items may not be returned under any circumstances:

- Sharpened or Baked Skates - Do not sharpen or bake skates until you are certain they fit correctly
- Jocks & Undergarments - Due to the personal nature of the product
- Mouthguards - Due to hygenic reasons

We offer a 100% buyer guarantee on any Pre-Owned gear purchased that is not as advertised, missing items or never arrives and we will give you a full refund. Otherwise, all sales are final on Hockeystork with pre-owned gear. We take an active role in each and every purchase made on HockeyStork to ensure both the buyer and seller have a great experience. A buyer may open a case( info@hockeystork.com) with us up to and limited to 3 days after delivery of the item if they don't receive their item, missing items or the item they receive is not as described within the listing. This means a buyer cannot return an item they purchased on Hockeystork if the item simply does not fit or they no longer want the item - as long as the seller accurately described the item in the listing.

If the buyer receives an item that is not as described within the listing, is sent the wrong item, or is in some other way not as described, the buyer can report their problem to us within 3 days of delivery through the app or on the web. When a case is opened, the buyer is asked to upload photos and offer details of the item. If the return is verified, we assist the buyer in returning the item to the seller and offer them a full refund.

To avoid a problem with a sale, we advise sellers to be as descriptive and detailed as possible when creating your listings. We encourage buyers to review the listing photos, description and item condition, and if you have any questions, please ask for additional details, measurements or photos. Sellers are usually more than happy to provide additional information.

If sellers of Hockeystork purposely misrepresent the gear in lisiting, they will have their account closed and loose privileges of selling on hockeystork. Additionally, the cost to ship the item back to the seller will be incurred by seller. Hockeystork has a strict policy on accurate product description and buyer fulfillment. Items must be shipped within 3 days of purchase by buyer.
